- Booking and Payment: To confirm your booking with Global Kruze, a deposit or full payment is required at the time of reservation. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. Final payment is due as per the terms specified during booking.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days of travel are non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
- Changes to Itinerary: Global Kruze reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, and accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, political instability, or other safety concerns. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
- Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required documentation for travel. Global Kruze is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
- Health and Safety: Travelers are expected to be in good health and must inform Global Kruze of any medical conditions or special needs in advance. The company is not responsible for any medical emergencies during travel.
- Liability: Global Kruze is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings or accidents that occur during the trip.
